Hello friends, fam, fans and foes and welcome to The Crucial Groove, the forum for the absolute facts, one where a select panel of music scholars will be given the opportunity to teach the world about what they should and should not be listening to.

Just kidding. This isn't Pitchfork and will not be filled with elitist ideas of what music should sound like. The Crucial Groove will be comprised of fair and honest album/concert reviews created by some of the world's greatest minds (aka myself and some dear friends) who will make up the panel known as the "Music Scholars" (okay, so we may be slightly elitist, but isn't it funnier this way?).
